Mesmerized by the unique shape and seemingly perilous balancing act of ancient stone on clay, visitors are usually surprised by the contrast of the landscape when the long driveway off to the right suddenly comes into view. Flanked by large alfalfa fields on either side with verdant green manicured lawns in front, the grand entrance into the lodge often features impressive specimens of mule and white tail deer who seem to know their importance as acting concierge.
The Main Lodge, a gorgeous log structure is at once impressive and inviting. The logs where imported all the way from Oregon and wrap securely around large French doors and twin native rock chimneys bespeak the warmth of the interior that surely awaits your arrival.
